You Are the Apple of My Eye (2011)(334Mb)

The story begins in 1994. An outstanding student, Shen Chia-yi is popular among her teachers and classmates. Ko Ching-teng, mischievous and a poor student, claims that he has no interest in her, despite being her classmate since junior high school. One day, Ching-teng is caught masturbating during class, and the principal reseats him, placing him in front of Chia-yi. One day, Chia-yi forgets her English textbook. Ching-teng slips her his own book and tells their teacher he forgot his own textbook; he then endures a long lecture and is punished. Chia-yi, touched by Ching-teng's generosity, prepares a practice exam for him in return, to encourage him to study. She also convinces him to stay after school to study with her. Their relationship grows, and Ching-teng's grades gradually improve. On graduation, Ching-teng enrolls at the National Chiao Tung University. Chia-Yi, who did not do well on the admission exam because she was ill on that day, only manages to enter the National Taipei University of Education with her mediocre test results. Depressed and upset, she is consoled by Ching-teng, who calls her long-distance almost every night from university. During the winter holiday season that year, the two go on their first "date", during which Ching-teng asks Chia-yi if she loves him. However, fearing she would say no, he decides that he would rather not hear her answer (it is revealed later that her reply would have been "yes"). Ching-teng later organizes a fight night and invites Chia-yi to watch, hoping to impress her with his "strength". On the contrary, Chia-yi finds it childish for Ching-teng to injure himself for no reason. This upsets Ching-teng, sparking a quarrel that causes the two to break up.

Sadako 2 (2013) (949Mb)Bluray 720p

The film opens with Takanori Ando (Kōji Seto) waiting as Akane Ayukawa is giving birth to their daughter. After the baby is delivered, he smiles as the baby stops crying. Meanwhile, a woman in white sitting in a garden whose plants seem to have a life of their own, reads Seiji Kashiwada's letters and mutters that the girl is born. Another woman is accessing her laptop in her room when her husband calls her; she is suddenly possessed by a force from her laptop who forces her to commit suicide by stabbing her eye with a knife. Five years after the events of the previous film, Takanori and Akane's daughter, Nagi (Kokoro Hirasawa) is cared by Takanori's younger sister, Fuko (Miori Takimoto); Takanori himself is now working at Asakawa General Hospital since Akane's death by childbirth, distancing himself from Fuko and Nagi as he blames Nagi for Akane's death. Fuko is certain that something is wrong with Nagi as she distances herself from her friends, likes to draw strange imagery, and is always present near people who committed suicide. She consults with her psychiatric, Dr. Fumika Kamimura (Itsumi Osawa), but she only states that Fuko's anxiety comes because she has not moved from her mother's suicide years ago, whose death she could not prevent. While playing at a park, one of Nagi's friends, Yuna, teases Akane's death. Moments later, she is found dead in the nearby river. Fuko becomes even more anxious as more deaths start to occur, from Nagi's babysitter to a train full of people, which Nagi had foreshadowed in her drawings she drew during her psychological test with Dr. Kamimura. She also says that Dr. Kamimura, as well as everyone else, will die.

Ladda Land (2011) (448 Mb)

Based on strange events believed by many locals to have taken place in Chiang Mai late last century, the story opens with 40-ish marketer named Thee (Saharath Sangkapreecha), his wife Parn (Piyathida Woramusik), his rebellious teenage daughter Nan (Suthatta Udomsilp) and lively young son Nat (Apipich Chutiwatkajornchai) moving from Bangkok to Laddaland, an upmarket housing estate located in Chiangmai. Convinced that his new job with a company that sells dietary supplements is the answer to all his troubles, Thee ignores Parn's legitimate concern over hefty mortgage payments; he also believes that the move will lift Nan's deep-seated resentment of him and Parn, who left the girl with her grandmother for much of her childhood. Following the grisly murder of a Burmese housemaid and Thee's unpleasant encounter with wife-beating next-door neighbour Somkiat (Sahajak Boonthanakit), ghosts start appearing before Nan, who is unable to convince her parents that she's not making up these supernatural incidents. Thee mistakenly shoots Nat, and believing that he had killed his son, shoots himself. Parn, Nat and Nan leave the Ladda Land following this incident.
